1. Returns for Orders Placed on This Website
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from versatyle.co.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Items must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
